Previously, he served as the Director of Foodservice Sales for Field Roast and worked in kitchens all over the world to educate cooks about plant-based cuisine. McDonald is the author of the cookbook Field Roast: 101 Artisan Vegan Meat Recipes to Cook, Share and Savor.
