Leinana Two Moons is a proud longtime vegan and she is dedicated to creating recipes that are satisfying enough to please anyone; vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or hardcore carnivore alike.
Her writing as well as her photography have appeared in LAIKA and VegNews magazines and her book Baconish continues to be the only plant-based cookbook about vegan bacon.
She is active in her NYC vegan community and lives in Long Island City, NY with her husband and two children, who are all vegan.
